WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase and seller agrees to sell to
Buyer the described dog upon the terms and conditions as stated in
this agreement.
NOW, Therefore, it is mutually agreed between Seller and Buyer that
Buyer agrees to purchase the below described dog.

(1) Buyer agrees to allow Seller to use the MasterCard or Visa for
purchase of puppy.

| (2) As of the date of this agreement, the
dog or puppy is in good health and free from any communicable
diseases. After receipt of puppy you have 72 hours to have examined
by a licensed vet. If in the opinion of your veterinarian this
puppy has any health defects which make it a poor health risk, you
may within 72 hours from the date of purchase return the puppy to
seller at the purchasers expense for full credit towards another
puppy of equal or greater value. To make claim under this provision
you must return the puppy to the seller with ALL PAPERS including a
statement from your vet showing the date of the examination and all
reasons why they believe this puppy to be a poor health risk. VET
BILLS AND TRANSPORTATION TO SELLER ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE PURCHASER. |

Method of Payment:
If paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check, Check. Mail PURCHASE
AGREEMENT and full payment or deposit by Priority Mail or Federal
Express or UPS Overnight to. Graceland Kennel, 1454 Old Seymour Rd,
Marshfield, MO 65706. Once payment has CLEARED, puppy will be
shipped. Your transaction will be confirmed by phone or e-mail. If

Deposits are non-refundable unless something happens to the pup
before he/she is shipped.
